This is One of our very first videos filmed in Houston, Texas. We now travel the country teaching couples, individuals and children. We are based in Austin, Texas and we're headed to Thailand, France and Italy teaching and performing. Acrobatic Yoga builds Strength, balance, flexibility and trust. We focus on Conscious Connection,Community, Creativity,and Communication. Our workshops are full of connection, inversions, partner Yoga, acrobatic and therapeutic flying, building a strong base, bone stacking and contact Improv. No experience is necessary.
