These kids have a hard time growing pecs. He's in good shape for a 15 or 16 year old. But he needs pretty much bigger everything from the bottom of the rib cage and up. A few more years of lifting heavy and eating LOTS may get him there.

impressive bro, i wanna get into teen bodybuilding, hopefully in 2 years (im 16 now) if everything goes well for me with lifting and dieting and staying injury free.
tell me though, how much did you weigh for this and whats your weekly workout schedule look like? also what did you do to cut down in bodyfat?

thanks man. good luck its a lot of hard work ill tell you that. i had just turned 18 in this video. i was 160lbs at 5'9"
i lifted everyday, hit everybodypart twice a week and did cardio in the morning before breakfast. dieting with low carbs and high protein
