I've tried to work out what Operation 13:9 is.

Could it be this?..

Matthew 13:9, "Who hath ears to hear, let him hear."  - (words of Christ, in red).

and/or

Revelation 13:9, 'If any man have an ear, let him hear.'

When seeing '13:9' in the 'more info' drop-down on the right, I assumed it related to a verse, as I have not too long ago read Revelation 13.

Please let me know if that's what you were referring to, as I'm trying to joint dots also.
