  • compared to u guys our raider team looks like we r ESE or somthin, u guys r amazing. is this a nationals competition or a states or what?

  • This is a Georgia Area 5 competition (6-8 counties) There are usually 35 teams from about 19 High Schools. Their time is awesome, but I must point out that this is a 5 man team.

  • South Fork is in Stuart Florida.

but my school is in Jacksonville

I too wish to attend West Point.

  • Very good choice for school. My son chose VMI over West Point because he didnt want to go to the prep school and then 4 years of collegs. He is a checmisty major. Good luck on your journey to the Point. If you haven't looked at VMI as a choice for college please do. It's a wonderful school and has produced many top notch Flag Officers.

  • even if it was a 5 man team, u did awesome. i hope that our high school will possibly make it to a nationals comp this year

  • Yea... we kick ass. This years guys are gettin to be just as fast. I timed them at 1:32 today. no penalties.

  • damn they fast

  • Where is South Fork? My sons school is near Fort Benning GA.

Their "search and recovery" time was pretty good, but not good enough to place.

One of the kids in our video is the Cadet Brigade Commander.

The two seniors finished their AIT at Fort Benning this summer and have started college, one at CSU (local college) and one at Virginia Miltiary Institute.

The Sophomore is planning to join the army as soon as he graduates and one of the freshman is aiming for West Point.

  • Yeah, but our time in rope bridge is much slower.

But we did win first place in litter carry at the south fork raider meet.

  • Thanks for the comment. That was last May at the AJROTC 'Raiders" competitioin. That team had 2 seniors, 1 sophomore, 2 freshmen. I am pretty sure their actual time was 1:29 and no penaties.

They earned 1st place for the 2nd year in a row and set a record for the competition.

    Are you in JROTC?
