I meant there's a huge part of the path missing (from minute 7:41 to 8:35). That's where this accident took place. It was a group of 5 people, cortes was walking first and the path vanished, leaving that huge hole there. One of his friends went down to the river to help him and the other 3 filmed this video from the "bridge" shown at the end of the video you posted ;)

@cortes1984 So were you conscious after the fall?? I mean to not even break a bone is insane from that height and landing where you did. But were you knocked out or just extremely rocked from it?? This is amazing and I'd say you have someone looking over your shoulder. I would not test fate on that path again if I were you..

@laaarsn He did survive.Actually, he's the uploader of this video.

He's the only person in the world who has fallen down from that part of the path shown in the other video. That's "his hole".If you watch the other video from the beginning you'll see other holes in the path. Most of them were made by people who were walking the path and it vanished because of the weight of the person. They fell down and died. That's how accidents happen in Caminito del Rey.The problem is the path,not the holes.

@laaarsn yes, the person who fell down and survived is uploader of this video (cortes1984) hes other friends were filming this, and yes same place where mostly people have lost their lives, thank god hes okay and didint broke a single bone, miracle.

@ViLLa10BonG Sigo pensando que te equivocas para mi un heroe es un padre sin trabajo que saca a sus hijos adelante recogiendo cartones si hace falta no un incosciente que no tiene ni puta idea de escalada . Por cierto a la entrada de ese camino pone bien clarito camino del rey prohibido el paso lo raro es que no le cobraran una pasta a su familia por sacar a ese incosciente de ahi en helicoptero y poniendo en riesgo la vida de sus rescatadores que esos si son heroes

@ViLLa10BonG Un heroe porque por meterse en una ferrata  que esta prohibida porque esta en ruinas y que los cables de seguridad son de cuando franco era corneta a mi no me parece un heroe sino un temerario , espero que nos concienciemos de que las ferratas son muy peligrosas por la falsa seguridad que nos da por favor tened cuidado con el material y donde os meteis ... Me alegro de que estés bien, pero no puedo entender cómo alguien puede, no sólo jugarse la vida de esa manera, sino que también te juegas la posibilidad de hacerles la putada del siglo a tus padres, a tus hermanos, a tu novia, familiares, amigos..... y en tu caso en particular, pusiste en riesgo la vida del equipo de rescate y la posibilidad de hacerles la putada a sus familiares, novias, amigos... Yo tendría valor a hacer el caminito, pero sólo si mi otra opción es peor... que no es el caso.

Nunca se debe de poner a riesgo la vida, debemos de valorarla, la valentia y la osadia no tiene nada que ver con el respeto a la naturaleza que te puede mostrar que es indomable. No solo eso, cuantas personas se arriesgan y quedan vivas pero paralizadas por completo, eso si es feo.
