Anyway, what you say is true, but the range doesn't appear to be long enough for that to be relevant. Yukari can hear Reisen talking to her, at that range, a trained sniper should be able to put a round through Yukari's eye, dead center.

Interesting trivia: the longest recorded and confirmed sniper kill was done from ~2,475 meters (bullet flight time was about three seconds), in Afghanistan, by a British soldier. Twice in succession.
