This is an Italian ballo liscio mazurka called "Aida", written by V. Cesarino, arranged for mandolin by A. Libardo, and published (as sheet music) in New York in 1935. A 1930s recording of the tune by Manello e Tripoli can be found on the fabulous Rounder CD "Italian String Virtuosi" (Rounder 1095). As far as I can tell, the tune has nothing to do with the Verdi opera of the same name.

I play this on my 1915 Luigi Embergher Tipo A bowlback mandolin.
