Is this book a balanced and thorough analysis of introversion, or is it just a feel-good, self-esteem booster for introverts who feel inadequate? Because that's kinda how it's being marketed.

I'm an introvert. I find it interesting that we need research and a book to show us that it's OK and even advantageous to be an introvert. I wish that this was just common knowledge, but it isn't. I've struggled with this my whole life. Earlier in my life I did see myself as defective for being introverted.
