Bush pushed forward international relations to a whole new level with nations such as Russia in an attempt to create a stabilized friendship between our two international super powers. Meanwhile, Obama's administration has dropped the ball on international policy. And BOWING is not a sign of respect, it's a sign of submission to somebody who is superior than your self.
