@25Ragz What a dumb thing to argue about. There are no ultimates in life or art. If you try to tell me that someone is the best anything I know you're wrong before I even see who it is you're talking about.
@saxobone13 I love how Jeff has the Intensity, creativeness, and skill and still manages to keep the same full beautiful tone that he has..I'm not just some retard on youtube.. I know music and I know what amazing is when i see it...and Jeff plays things that i know that no one else has ever done and probably becus no 1 can.. .I love how easily he mixes genres of music and still has that amazing creativity and freedom.I don't care who you think is better but I know Jeff is..

@saxobone13 I don't care if you like other people better but in my opinion Jef has by far the best sound and is the most versatile Sax player ever. His stuff with the Dave Matthews Band is so amazing.. and the Jeff Coffin mu tet is so amazing to me.I think i've heard a lot more than you from Jeff.. because i've seen things from him i didn't even think was humanly possible.Im sure chris is good..i'll even look him up.. I just know that Jeff will always be the best in my mind.He is a monster.
@25Ragz I agree with you that Jeff Coffin is one of the more imaginative musicians of today but to call him the most skilled saxophonist is bullshit dude. Chris Potter could technically wipe the floor with any saxophone player today in my opinion. BTW I don't know if you ever noticed but Jeff Coffin play's alot of the same licks across the Flecktones and DMB records
@25Ragz would sound amazing together and I can guarantee that every single one of them would just smile and have a great time playing music together and wouldn't care about petty things like who is the best. Yes Jeff Coffin is great don't get me wrong, but to say he is the best is just a huge over-exaggeration. Just enjoy music man. Stop being so close minded and try to open up to new things. You don't even know what you may discover.
@25Ragz Oh trust me sir, I do know Jeff Coffin. I play saxophone and study Jazz. I am just trying to explain to you that Jeff Coffin is not the best saxophonist. Of course that is your opinion and opinions are like ass holes, everyone has got one. I just want you to see how wrong you are about going at it. There is no one best saxophonist. Music is music. If you put Jeff Coffin, Michael Brecker(if he had not passed away), Bob Reynolds, Chris Potter, and Joshua Redman on a stage together they
