  • Good video. We have this same type of HP Lefthand configuration in our environment. Works great for us.

  • At the end of the video, VSA still sits on the first host local storage. is it recommended to have a clone sitting on the 2nd host local storage? or storage vmotion it into the cluster? (just want to avoid first host dies and the entire VSA is not accessible. including the clustered lun's.

  • @Gorlung Included. VSA is standalone software in case you didn't purchase a P4000.

  • @d3f4c3d Switch is a gigabit switch. Do not use Jumbo frames with a P4000 solution. It's been shown through various charts that the performance gain VS. configuration headache is not worth the ROI.

  • what about gigabit switch? was there jumbo frames upgrade required ?
