I just looked with my son to movie'The Never Ending Story'. When Arthreyu reaches the Oracle, he meets an 'expert' on Oracle matters. "I know all about the Oracle", the expert says, it's my scientific subject". Athreyu: "Did you ever went there?" Of course not, I'm a scientist, I do not need to go there to know all about it. @dmosier man mikhail always talks about being nice to people in the DVDs and that the underlying message of systema is to respect each other

but then i heard that Vladimir has different views and/or training methods,

i guess its true

i think the no-touch can help a little in a fight,

give a false sense of support and subtley take it away.

but the psychological part according to Mikhail is comparing it to someone trying to avoid obsticales in their path

it works like u said, like hypnosis they want to believe so it happens

but u can apply some of this in real life to a certain point so its not completely useless

Right its a conditioned response based on the flow movements they learn in systema which due have a good purpose in learning to fall naturally and defend and such. This is another aspect that it can do psychologically as well. Ryabko and them know this, they dont teach magic or say they do.

Your right about that it is nothing magical. What is going on with the psychology aspects is similar to repport building and suggestion that is similar in hypnosis. The movement drills in systema come and flow naturally to which the subconscious acts in relation to the actions that it has ingrained in those previous motions. If a subject is willing, well subconsiously the dominate person can lead them.
