My sister Michelle began the fight for her life 3 years ago after being diagnosed with Acute Meyloid Leukemia. Her one dream after she was married was to own her own home. She found that house, but mounting medical costs and her need for care kept that dream from becoming a reality. This is a beautiful and touching story. My first husband died at the young age of 26 from primary liver cancer. I know the days are long and the struggle is hard. Allowing Michelle to have her dream home will help encourage her to stay strong and keep fighting...along with strong, unwavering faith and the prayers of those who believe that God is still a God of miracles.
