So here's how it works:
Step One: Film your video between 1-3 minutes talking about YOUR story!
Step Two: Upload your video to http://www.mediafire.com/ (doesn't require account). Once uploaded click "Go to my files"
Step Three: Hit "Share" next to your video, and send the direct URL to Matt@holdingofwrist.com
Step Four: Enjoy one to two videos per month from Holding of Wrist!

Holding of wrist is an amazing organization, I love you guys :) Definately follow you on everything, I love what you guys stand for, just because Ive definately gone through some stuff. I really wish I'd found out about it sooner, but I've been telling alot of friends who need encouragement and love about you guys :)
