@ots0ku buddy cpanel is not a thing to be downloaded...its a online hosting control panel....if u want to learn or develop jooomla in ur system instal it using wamp or lamp or mamp depending upon ur platform.....lynda.com has wonderful titles on joomla....google joomla lynda torrents....get it done
