Martial Arts Demonstration. A little girl fights off a man.
Martial Artists for Christ, United We Stand. We are a Christ centered, Bible based Ministry. A Youth and Family Outreach, serving the community and other martial artists with a variety of karate, martial art styles.
It's not what Martial Artists For Christ does, it's what God does! We are just a tool. We are striving to create a unity between all Christian martial artists from all over the country, regardless of style, by providing a way to communicate and fellowship with each other and to bring the Good News to people who do not know what we stand for - THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS CHRIST.

The first 2/3 of the demonstration? Yeah, it has merits in a real combat situation if a young girl were to be grabbed by an older man... and it's feasible she could twist him over and he NOT actually take the bump for her. But the last part? Ridiculous.

I'm worried about these girls. They're being put out into the world thinking that they're tough and can take on guys twice their size, when it's obviously just pretend for their benefit in the gym. That is just NOT safe.

It is certainly fake, but well choreographed. The fact that the girl steps barefoot on the guy a few times makes it worth watching!
