contd...the students to their highest potential. This is is no way tearing down LWC and saying that they don't work hard, but I just want people to recognize that using the show design and props as ammunition is wrong and not a true testament to the band's abilities. That being said, good luck to everyone in the upcoming competitions. Just realize that your pride in your band and your hard work is something that you shouldn't allow someone to take away from you.

woah. That last comment came in at a weird place, someone was just discrediting what I was saying. I am glad that this chain of comments has become more civilized. I was just trying to make a point that tearing apart the design of a show doesn't make the band/guard/batterie bad. I went to LWE and I know that every person on that field has to be working their ass off because of how difficult our shows are and that the instructors push

true, very true, i never knew what dedication really was till i joined the LWC marching knights, and all the dedication is worth it in the end

LWC has an excellent show. I just watched the LWC Show on quickdrawfilms. Wish I had the video equipment to do the same - I just have an iflip. Anyway, may I say as a spectator I have really grown to enjoy all of the marching bands. I went to LWE and LWC and played varsity tennis. I could never understand why the marching band had to be out there for so long. Now I do and it's called dedication, which will be very useful in college and in your career.

I am truly sorry if anything I said offended anyone. I agknowledge that even though East and Central are in competition, we should not bring each other down. I apologize for my words. I hope that everyone who reads the comments does not look at Central with a new perspective becasue of these comments people have left. Good luck at BOA East!!
