@OriginalMindTrick Well all birds are decended from theropod dinosaurs.Birds evolved either directly from bipedal, terrestrial dinosaurs (the ground-up theory) or from the precursors of dinosaurs like maybe small arboreal thecodonts (the trees-down theory). We do not know for sure but it is clear they are related. Also here is an interesting bit of trivia, Birds of Prey are also called raptors. We named velociraptors and other raptor species after birds of prey.

That is so far my knowledge goes. Are you saying those gulls are descended directly from raptors, and some other birds are descended fom other dinosaurus?
