Everyone get's down everyone gets depressed. But hearing it everyday from people and having no outlet yourself gets very overwhelming. So that is where I am totally overwhelmed and depressed.

I get depressed at the lack of feminisation that hormones do, also the abuse, assaults and my home being targetted as well.

If I looked as good as you, then I would not be depressed and the abuse would not occur.

I was struck by yours, hon. I myself am fighting a battle within myself and to a lesser degree, society, being a post-op woman. People just will not see the inestimable value which is innate to both you and I and in truth, although it is of little consolation, it is THEIR loss.

We've all been through bouts of depression & feelings that we're distant from others...so I understand where you're coming from.

You've been through a lot...

But at least you've had the courage to transition despite all the external societal pressures to not transition and merely conform to society's expectations.

I've largely been gripped by that fear and have denied myself the self-fulfillment of transitioning.

You seem very perceptive and sensitive. Good luck in Seattle!
