Welcome to my second ever Ultraman changer review. This is the Flash Prism from Ultraman Powered!

Ultraman Powered, or Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero as he was also known, may not have been the most popular series, in fact far from it, but this is a neat Henshin item.

If you press the button, the lights at the center and ends of the Flash Prism will flash and Ultraman will yell "Shuwatch!" "シュワッチ!". If you press and hold the button down, only the center light flashes and the same sound will play. The button is very sensitive, which improves grip on the toy.

Many of you might be wondering why I gave this toy such a favorable rating for doing so little. Keep in mind that this toy came out in 1993. This is a time when toys with electronics gave "beeps" and not much else. This is probably the oldest Bandai toy I own with an actual soundcard. In addition to this...it's just cool looking. I love the box design as well.

The Henshin Brace from the Super Sentai series Choshinsei Flashman has a similar name. It is called the Prism Flash (プリズムフラッシュ) rather than the Flash Prism (フラッシュプリズム).

Despite the intentions to make this the American Ultraman series, the series has never aired in America and no toyline was created by Bandai America or any such company for the American market.

Be sure to follow me on Twitter! I'm pretty loose with information there. I really like to hear from people: http://twitter.com/CCLemon99
