@ceomrman The only thing i dont like about this software is the transition between itunes and Zune... it took me probably 6 hours to get all of my music to have the correct artist/album and such and for it to even show up in my Zune AND Itunes...so i dont know what the issue is with yours deleteing alot of your music but I bet it has something to do with the transition that is such a pain in the ass... best of luck though

WOW I cant believe how disappointing this is! I read a good review and watched this and gave it a try. Its pretty, but its slow and buggy, too. It just deleted 5 gb of podcasts, unasked. Thanks. If that weren't enough, it's a resource hog. I don't like not being able to listen to music and watch a video. Zune 4.0 often can't find my mp3s, either. It says they're inaccessible and puts an "!" by them, but then a minute later, they show up again on my 1.8ghz c2d. YUCK.
