You're underestimating children... they can be as tough as any adult or even stronger... besides if your child trying to help a hurt animal kills it, would u encourage him to be a doctor?
Art, medicine, chemistry, politics, blah blah.... u need talent in any of those areas, it is something you're born with, not something u can learn...
