  • Certainly one of the best version on you tube. I will come back often to listen for the tenderness of this interpretation.

  • Thanks, I plan to post more Scarlatti soon.

  • this is my grade 6 exam piece. it's weird to hear it played when I'm not moving my fingers.

  • @Garensonic Private piano lesson, but real qualifaction. I passed, btw.

  • @AzulaGrondin Did you play it for school or for a private piano lesson?

  • this is very soothing! I am new to Scarlatti - did he do Conciertos?

  • i would imagine this was initially written for harpsichord, but i'm actually glad i found the piano version because it suits the music much better.

  • @InDarknessLight well, not really because you'd still have to learn the scales, learn a B and C piece, sight-reading and take an aural test. However, if you can play this piece (the full piece-- not an easier version), then it means you may be able to play at a grade 6 lvl.

  • @AzulaGrondin grade 6!! i got to grade 2. If i can play this does that make me a grade 6?

  • @AzulaGrondin ya same! that's exactly what i have for 6 grade test now! :)

  • very cute thrill ornament

  • very nice :)
