We follow chef Steve Morton as he purchases rack of lamb from Dennis Kroeker of DK Farms, followed by wine tasting with Debbie Rios of Santiam Wine Company. Then we prepare the lamb in Steve's kitchen at Morton's Bistro Northwest. Steve also shows us how to "French" the rack.
