A portion of my workout with Demolition City Roller Derby rollergirls Jill "Godjilla" Cannon and Stephanie "Steff U" Bennett where I put them through a mix of strengthening exercises, quick feet drills, and plyometrics. These off-skate workouts are designed to address areas I feel they need to improve in order to be stronger while laced into their skates.
WOW that looks really tough. I`m about to start training as a newbie with Zurich`s 1st roller derby team, I don`t know what I was expecting but this looks like quite a work out.
