That isn't Calgary rush hour, that looks like the traffic volume at maybe 1:00pm.
Calgary rush hour is sitting in a long line of traffic going 20 kph on the Deerfoot, while everyone squeezes into one lane while the police spend hours investigating a minor fender bender, and endlessly waiting for poorly timed traffic lights and short left turn signals.

Are you kidding me? This place has no real Traffic Rush Hour! Try moving to Miami or Fort Lauderdale, then you'll get a taste of Rush Hour.... YOU CAN BARELY MOVE IN THE TRAFFIC DOWN HERE. And if you get off an exit, please... there are also traffic jams on the streets & neighborhoods, too :(
