    1st and 2nd time I did this workout, it took me over 20 minutes. I knocked it out in 13 minutes and 2 seconds on my 3rd try today. Love this workout!

    The upper body is sorely isolated and tested during the chair push ups and tricep dips! I used to think tricep dips were relatively easy, but tack on the hardcore calisthenics stuff and they make you testify.

    Is it possible ? I'm in a great form these days and I did this workout in 13:31 ..... I am thinking that probably I was doing excercise wrong.... hm... .. but great workout :) !!! My wrists and arms are definitely dead ;D
