@LBeeloo I let my husband do the cooking and cutting this time since I do it all at home. Most of the cooking schools make it easy for the students by doing the majority of prep work including making the sauces. Did you do any cutting and or cooking yourself? Bumi Bali was one of my options but I went with Cafe Wayan. Is Bumi Bali recommened for a next time?
