This shows you how to make a test virus to tell whether or not your anti-virus software is working. Also not that this will not harm your comptuer.

Kaspersky internet security I used and it quarintined it
I dont it again
Norton allowed it! LOL!!!

@coo446 No, it is a test. It does nothing besides show up as a virus, meaning your protection passed the test.

Guys this is called the EICAR test file just google it. I have tried it on AVG Avast and Nod32 and they all caught it. Avast one time let 2 trojans slip by and got onto my computer, I then immediately downloaded and installed malwarebytes and nod32 and they are the perfect team and got rid of them in seconds.
