@dgk990 You should take the cotton out of your ears. Saddam provided bases, training camps, and other support to terrorist groups fighting the governments of neighboring Turkey and Iran, as well as to Palestinian terror groups. Moreover, we knew Saddam had WMD's and had used them and we were concerned that he would sell them due to the economic sanctions imposed upon Iraq after he invaded Kuwait. Saddam was a vile piece of filth and I am not ashamed that the US removed him from power.

Meh. Much ado about nothing. Anyone who knows, knows that this war is not about oil. Iraq never really factored into our oil supply and there are hardly any US companies currently in possession of Iraqi oil drilling contracts.
