hey men, Manny dont speak tagalog, he learned how to speak it.He grew up speaking Visayan/Ilonggo language. Dont presume that Philippines is tagalog speaking, our country speaks more than 30 dialects which are entirely different from each other.

Ninety-nine percent (99%) of the Filipino pop. can speak english. And for those who doesn't know the Phil. Constitution and all laws legislated in Congress are written in eng. not in filipino (no wonder y many of those in jail cannot read or write english). Manny may not be a good english speaker but he can speak, write, and understand english. He's trying his best to learn good english though he didn't went to college. The essence of comm. is tht you are able to convey and understand vis-a-vis.

it is now a language, though we call it tagalog but it was changed to filipino. though some people didnt know abt it and they still say tagalog.
