okay...the flight attendants did not close the door nicely and was really hard to open it....so the ground crews tried to open the aircraft door from outside.after that,one of the flight attendants took this man camera and the passengers felt so angry untill almost all of the passengers felt angry to the flight attendants.that's why people nowadays don't want to chose indonesian airlines especially cheap indonesian airlines
