@kkkaldav It was taken to court on the grounds of what was deemed scientific in education.
In scientific terms, you can do whatever you want. There are groups out there that engage in supposed 'Creation Science', but they largely bastardise the work of others and manipulate it to extract unwarranted conclusions; very few(if any) do original research.
If you do think modern biology has something to hide, go and look for it. But look for it in a university library.

It is a bit strange the evolutionists are resorting to ridiculous legal arguments to try to win a scientific argument. Imagine the courts decided ID was science - are you telling me the evolutionists would accept that judgement. The very fact they had to take the issue to court to silence opposition suggests to me that evolution has something to hide.

Free speech is anything but curbed in science.
Inteeligent Design had more than its say both when it was known as creationism and when it relabelled itself.
Both times it failed, miserably! Not only that but it tried lying too and still failed.
Expelled? no. Flunked? Yes.
