  • God bless you, Marty, please let the public know how we can support your work in helping the wrongly convicted. I will pray for God's blessings upon you. You are a beautiful example of turning the bad ugly things that have happened to you into beauty and a blessing for others. The fact that you are not bitter says a lot about your character and the inner strength of goodness within you but going a step further and seeing the good that has come from this is just pure excellence. You are my hero.

  • I just finishing studying this case for work and cannot believe how much corruption plagued the overall investigation. The jury was obviously influenced by the media and the drama based around everything at the time of the murder...........yet Stuerman(the actual suspect) was never even interviewed/cross-examined due too suffolk;s Dectective McCready, who lied on oath; denyng his relationsip with the suspect and persoanlly setting up the 17 year-old Marty with his full like ahead of him.

  • @daarkmatter

are u a fucking idiot? he was adopted since a baby doesn't mean he didn't love his parents. he would'nt have gained anything from killing them since he would've gotten all their money when he was 25, just 6 years later. Why would he call the ambulance on his still alive father? if he did murder them, he'd have to finish the job so there wud be no knew evidence. His business partner owed his dad millions of dollars and hired "Johnny Gunz" to kill him.

  • @Darthvader710 can you point me to a source or link for this? He really does seem guilty.

  • Would anyone accept killing his parents when you didnt ?.. Not me !! Never ... What a cricket mind if you do.... He did it ... I hate police but that fucking bastard did it... Marty hell is waiting for you !!! In there no matter how good of a liar you are .....

  • SO HAPPY FOR MARTY! The cops should be jailed for their offensive acts and injustice!

  • The cop who ramroaded this conviction is still claiming he was right. . .. .The American judicial system is a joke. . . .

  • @gnil2000 will ever make up for the Wrongs that were done to him They denied him the Lie dector test.

There was real no good reason given either. It because they knew the evidence was weak from the get

go. I would have left if your not going to be charged with anything. You can leave. The fact he stayed shows

he has nothing to hide. He was cooperative somewhat this is the thanks he gets. These Detectives are

not going to have anything done to them.

  • @gnil2000 Amen to that. The judicial system is a joke. I thought it was there to protect the Victims not the Criminals. They earn a freaking 10 page rap sheet before they do what they should have done all along and locked there ass up from the Get Go. How many chances do these freaking Criminals need. It makes me ill

the widespread corruption and cover ups. I am so jaded when it comes to the Courts now a day. They will

never be able to give him his 17 years back. No sorry no nothing.

  • So in the end who killed his parents? Aliens? To me, he is guilty as charged. Reasons -> He was an adopted child (no real parental affection), his parents were wealthy and old, his body language on tape (very unusual), his confession as soon as the detective tricked him that his father was alive. After he was convicted, it seems they created a grand diversion in the case by accusing a bunch of people with criminal backgrounds

  • (of-course with no solid evidence to link any of them to the murders) but cleverly opening up the possibility of other motives. James Gandolfini supporting him out of the blue? What is the connection? Looks like a classic Italian job well done, to rescue one of their own.
