You preach about the injustice of American culture. And the abuse of people and the planet. And yet seem to have no idea that Organic food and the whole culture of Wellness is just another exclusive clic of corporate upper and middle classes who are fed the illusion and believe it. That they are not only financially superior but physically as well. I have seen starvation and desperation, and I am afraid westerners in their little protective bubble have no idea what happens in the real world.

I agree Antonio does rule! I had to do a interview with a health and fitness coach for one of my bullshit health class at my university. He was glad to do the interview over the phone. I hoped to get at least a half an hour, but instead Antonio talked my ear off for an hour and a half. I gotta a ton of great information from him and he helped steer me in the right direction as far a career choice. Thanks Antonio! Great guy!

Antonio rules! Ive had contact through email with him before and hes a real down to earth guy. Hes always happy to help. This is great V, was this trip just for a holiday? I think its awesome that you also met up with some wellness guru's whilst there.
That restaurant looks fantastic too. Maybe soon, there will be more like it in the UK. Maybe a business idea for yourself V! hehe
