My squat and deadlift prior to my second ACL surgery. After thinking on this a bit longer, I remember this was the DAY BEFORE my second ACL surgery. My right ACL is ruptured while doing these lifts. I did this as a bench mark for my rehabilitation. It's unfortunate to think I have not yet returned to this strength.

  • @butteroll  well it hurts quite frequently. This has been the longest it's been this sore. It pops all the time, my tendon hurts, and I can only squat 95 sometimes. I blame insurance policy about pre-existing injuries. I had to stop physical therapy about a month and a half after my surgery because of that bullshit rule.

  • my ACL hurts even by watching at this squat form, since u squat high bar first u need to get flexibility to squat below parallel at least ( ATG prefferably). Squating with flexibility issues is a ticking bomb. And my back screams when watching at deadlift form. Why do u squat down into quarter squat before pulling if u get ur ass up before the bar has a chance to get up from the ground ?. U need to work on technique or same or even worse things will happen again.
