Second in a series of poetry films on San Francisco landmarks. This one features the unusual pasturing of buffalo (aka Tatanka) in Golden Gate Park, a remnant of a bygone era and a legacy of the Muwekma Ohlone Indian Tribe, the original inhabitants of San Francisco (aka "Yerba Buena Island") and the surrounding Bay Area. For more info on this Indian tribe, visit their website at http://www.muwekma.org/. The last few minutes of the film are worth the price of admission! As a one of the "power animals," the buffalo teaches us about prayer and abundance. Buffalo teaches us that true prosperity comes when we are grateful for what we have and when we live in harmony and love with all other beings. We can truly manifest whatever we want in our life and buffalo reminds us of this fact. When buffalo appears in our lives, the universe is presenting us with opportunity for abundance, pay attention.
