Dr. Garret Merriam, Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Southern Indiana, presented on various philosophical viewpoints on abortion, as well as a statistical portrait of abortion in the United States. Dr. Merriam regularly teaches the issue of abortion in his Philosophy 201: Introduction to Ethics course and his Philosophy 363: Bio-Medical Ethics course.

This is the first video of three.
