How many 3-pin connectors are usually on motherboards for Fans,ect? Im wondering if i wil have enough becuase my pc case has like 5-6 fans

It depends. I think mine has 2. I have the Antec 900 which comes with 4 case fans but they connect with a molex connector. If your fan is connected with a molex connector it may spin at a steady rpm, have a switch to change speeds, or have a fan controller.
