This high definition Baracoa travel video, featuring the El Castillo Hotel, and the downtown plaza, was shot in Cuba in 2010.

The video begins in the central square in downtown Baracoa, known as the Plaza Independencia. Highlights include shots of artwork, Cuban people, and a historic church named, the Catedral del Senora de la Asuncion.

From there we move on to the El Castillo Hotel set on a hill overlooking the city. The views from this location include a postcard view of the flat top mountain known as El Yunque.

Video of the El Castillo hotel includes shots of both the interior and exterior of this upper class hotel. The pool area is featured prominently along with shots of the restaurant and bar. Views from the exterior walls offer a panoramic view of Baracoa and the surrounding area.

The video finishes with shots of Baracoa and of a shipwreck that lies in the inner harbor.
