Shaquille O'Neal Ignores Me, His Mom Has to Get His Attention For Me

Today Shaquille O'Neal Tweeted that he'd be at Sam's Club signing autographs with his mom for her book. It was only 6 miles from the office (I work in the same town the Cavs practice space is), so I headed over there after work. I waited in line about an hour and was maybe 15th in line. I said thanks to her, she was so sweet, then I go to Shaq (holding the camera at my waist), and she says "Shaquille" in a mom voice to try to get his attention. So cute.

@anything654r that wasn't allowed. You had to buy his mom's book in order to get his autograph, that was the only autograph allowed, and you weren't allowed to ask him to pose for a picture either.

at least he looked at you and talked. most people less famous then Shaq will just keep their head down and not interact with people. He is a busy man. Shaq is much more polite than other stars.
