Jimi Hendrix - Little Wing Cover - Steven Cole

I had the luck to be able to jam to the song "Little Wing" with one of the bands that I played with for a while "The Wild Mountain Rose Band". On lead guitar and with great vocals is Mark Johnson, playing pedal steel is Barry Allan, on drums is John Tabor and that's me, Steven Cole on Bass. Sitting out this song was our female vocalist, Carol Rose.

wow...what a beauty...this is one of my favorite jimi songs - hey i'm a jimi fan and even if some other jimi fans might hate on me now...

but i like this version even better than the original lp version...

Thanks for posting this video. I been friends with Mark many years, so it was pretty cool to see him on here. I've heard Barry play but only over the phone with Mark going "hey...listen to this"  any way a nice treat to get a few visuals and see the band. Thanks again Steve.
