'Summer Belter' winner People's Postcode Lottery - EH51 0DG - Bo'ness - 5 June 2009

July 5 will be a day which many residents of EH51 0 will never forget, as the People's Postcode Lottery Summer 'Postcode Belter' took place in Douglas Park, Bo'ness.

At 2pm, Angus took to the stage in front of a huge crowd to declare the festivities officially open as the clouds parted to bathe the spectators in warm sunshine.

Special guest Miss Scotland, Katharine Brown, was invited onstage to talk about her work with Scottish charity and, in particular, CHILDREN 1ST, who receive funds raised by People's Postcode Lottery players.

And it wasn't long before another guest joined Angus - English Street Prize presenter Judie McCourt. Judie took to the crowd to be there when players received their cheques and get their first reactions.

After a big thanks from all the charity partners which have had an amazing £2,729,038 by players, it was time to find out who'd won what and start revealing the prizes for the lucky players in EH51 0.
