  • @Shift4chizzle whatever you say. I hope TRX will do the trick for you!

  • @mrnielsjoergensen im not calling u a troll, and like u said its good for beginners and im a beginner

  • @Shift4chizzle and I respect your purchase. I simple disagree

  • @Shift4chizzle I can go on for a long time, but I don't care. it's up to you I have made my point. by no means am I a troll. I speak my mind

  • @mrnielsjoergensen o ok btw i dont think i ever said its better than rings. but im still getting a TRX set cos it is a lot more convenient for me

  • @Shift4chizzle I do understand it's ment for everyone to workout anywhere. but saying that it's superior to rings and easier to set up is simple incorrect. I can continue for a long time but TRX are not a useful tool for decrease body fat either. Nutrition is. sculpting the muscles relies on two things: 1 increasing muscle mass to a desired volume. 2 low bf %. and to increase muscle mass you have to but enough strain on muscles ( 60-70 % of 1RM according to charles poliquin)

  • @mrnielsjoergensen lol yes i understand but i dont think this is for athletes anyway it was just made to stay fit and stuff and keep fat % lower. and i also think its more for sculpting the muscles rather than building strength-that is what my friend told me and he is an advanced TRX user and teacher

  • @Shift4chizzle d) suspending them to a doorframe might be developing strength in beginning athletes, but given the athlete increases in strength the anchorpoint in the doorframe will not provide enough strain on the muscles therefore making the inefficient for building strength. You understand me?

  • @mrnielsjoergensen im just giving u difference perspective on things.

  • @mrnielsjoergensen ok i was just messing with u at the begininning but i see its become serious lol
