@KraigZero Little of both. There were massive breakdowns between the con's staff and the staff of the convention center and/or hotels regarding weapon and/or security policies, which caused some rules to change DURING the convention.
That and I saw a creepy-looking Brony walking around the con with a half-empty bottle of whiskey (at least a liter bottle) around 12:30 pm Friday. By 3:00pm I saw him again, and it was empty. *cringe*
