idk about anyone else but I would not be able to work in that building, it would just feel really weird and I would constantly be uncomfortable. I can see why they are putting different companies in the the buildings, cause most of the people who were there that horrific day must find it really difficult to even consider working in the new building. It would be way too creepy! Maybe that is just me. It is a beautiful building though and glad it is being built!
