you can ask me if you want a bit of advice. i'm a Danish Champion in R/C. to start you need to run it in, you may or may not know this. it consitst of turn the can on ( straight out of the pack) and leaving it to empty its tank 3 about times, in idle and the same at 1/4 throttle and again at 1/2 throttle and if you want it does no harm to do the same at 3/4. i did it on 16% nitro fuel (i have had one of these in the past) and then put 25% fuel in shortly there after. then goto a RC club

yeah, they didnt even tune it right. Their stuck on first gear. they need to adjust the set screw so it can shift sooner. Their adjustment doesnt even allow it to shift even with max rpm. neubs.
