Darth Maul and Anakin would be cool as those are my son's favorites. I would be partial to a chromed version Luke's ANH saber since that's the first one we saw in the theater. The chromed effect would be nice.

We have a Vader and an Obi-Wan FA lightsaber.
The wookie hair was old doll hair taped to the blade. (The wookie call was actually the guy who played Darth Sidiot just off screen)
The ski slope was at the base of Winter Park, Colorado.
