@ediot6969 I agree that the act of learning it note for note seems pretty pointless. On the other hand, I got a lot of valuable things from doing it. I learned stickings I wouldn't normally use, and I was forced to practice to be able to play it, so I feel that it has been useful.

Wow !!! That was amazing... I hope I can get enough time to sit down and learn it...You are such an inspiration..I want to do a lesson with you but I don't even have internet in my apartment right now. I don't know how I would do it. I will have to see if I can manage something. Anyway, Happy New Years to you too !!!

@madamejam Thanks :) I think you'll find it easy to learn from the lessons. It'll take a while, but there's nothing particularly complicated in there. Just have fun with it :) Happy New Year!

yep, that's the toto song. dunno where you get the patience Joe, but I'm sure it will pay off for you, some sticking nighmares there, awesome solo on that, there's another drummer from here (aus) Andy Fisenden who does a cool solo over this track, recorded live at a gig on Youtube, worth watching, good audio and video too
