I think thats called.....the pussy way out.
Yep.

seriously? knee wraps for that? LOL. Joke. Knee wraps are supposed to be tight so veinous blood doesn't return, therefore 1-3 reps at most.

hahahaha. Mad respect to you.
Majority of these youtube personal trainers are fucking retards.
Those that can - do. Those that can't - teach

Widow maker set? Dude had at least 5-10 more reps in him.
This piece of equipment has it's purpose, but nothing is better than regular back squats to building legs and lower back. Squats cause a massive testosterone increase that makes your whole body grow.

FAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKE ASSSSSSSSSSSS SQUATSSSSSSSSSSSS

Thums up for the video, but I dunno I kinda find the combination of this hardcore music, "hardcore" spotter with a "hardcore" t-shirt funneh :D

The answer is YES you can go deeper with this device even with bad knees.
-
WTF?

@tnafguy Frank chose looking like God. Arnold quitted. Frank's still in shape, he won the longer distance run.
-
@tnafguy you're 12 and don't lift.

Why is everyone ripping on this dude? The leg blaster actually kills legs without much weight because it takes away a lot of the lower back involvement that's with ordinary squats.
Good job OP
Some comments here suggest that gripping the rack provides an opportunity for using the arms to cheat, so - honest appraisal, is gripping the rack mostly for balance, or does it allow arm pressure to assist this leg movement? Those squats are deeper than I'm able to do without sizable knee pain; does the Zane leg blaster help you go deeper than a regular squat? Thanks.

@Tigerpaws9097826 It depends on how you use the arms. Utube "etrainers" who never set foot in the gym would argue that it's all arms and knee wraps that are doing the lifting. Truth is somewhere in the middle yes they assist some and provide balance. I don't think Zane leg blaster will help you go deeper, it depends on too many factors. Previous injury? flexibility? form/proper execution etc...

wow this is probably one of the funniest lifting videos on youtube...205x22 HAHAHAHA with legs that big and taking half the resistance off by holding on the the cables rack is a fucking joke, doubt you could do 135x22 with barbell squats...and the knee wraps? hahaha, i see 150lb kids putting your squat to shame
